Redesigning App Reviews in 3-weeks
As the legacy website underwent an overhaul, I was asked to quickly redesign the app reviews experience to fit into the new visual system and tech stack. I spent 3 weeks identifying the user journeys of reading, writing, and revisiting a review on Marketplace, benchmarking, and prioritizing known pain points. The resulting experience had a cleaner layout, improved interactions, and a design that could scale to include new features in the future.

Timeline: 3 weeks in June 2024
Status: Third-highest traffic touchpoint, now live to 100% customers (since Sep 2024)
